Vendors needed for WVMS PTSA 2017 Holiday Boutique
Do you want to be a vendor or know someone who does?
Vendor applications are due by October 6, 2017 and can be found on the WVMS PTSA webpage (www.westvalleyptsa.org), the WVMS PTSA Holiday Boutique Facebook page, as well as in the office. As always, priority will be given to West Valley families and Holiday Boutique-Returning Vendors. We will limit the number of direct sales vendors to one of each company. Completed applications (all forms and payment) will be dated and priority for table selection will go to those vendors who turn their applications and checks in earlier.
Are you an artist? Jewelry designer? Baker? WE WANT YOU!! We are looking for West Valley students who are interested in showcasing their talents. There are no table fees to set up your items; however, a 10% donation of your proceeds is expected. Applications can be found on the WVMS PTSA webpage, WVMS PTSA Holiday Boutique Facebook page, as well as in the office. Forms need to be completed and turned in by October 6th.

Treats for Troops
Treats for Troops is a yearlong Student Council project that’s aimed at providing treats for those that serve our country. If you are able to donate any non-meltable snacks please send them into school after each break (Fall, Holiday, and Spring) and the Student Council will make sure that are passed along to our troops.
Note: It takes 2 weeks for items to reach the base and they need to be donated in boxes.
Examples of treats: Goldfish, peanut butter crackers, beef jerky, energy bars, gum, mints
It’s time to order your yearbook! If you send in an order to the school, your student can give it to his/her homeroom teacher or send it to Ms. Webster. Yearbooks are $55. Remember, as in years past, we will NOT be ordering
As always, if you have any questions, please email Ms. Webster at firstname.lastname@example.org
