What a great first day of school! On behalf of our administration and staff, thank you for your patience and support of our opening day adventures. The first day back in the building is typically one of excitement, new routines, and, unfortunately, expected delays. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we did, in fact, experience several transportation issues beyond our realm of control. As a reminder, if your student will be riding the bus to and/or from school, please take a moment tonight to review a few items: the bus number for morning and afternoon routes, the pick up and drop off locations, the load number (if applicable), and any email updates sent to you from the KCS Transportation Department.
Also, please remember that all dropping off and picking up of students should take place in the front of the school building between the marked areas for drop off/pick up. Please take the entrance to the school at the traffic light on George Williams Road drop off and pick up students. It will take a few weeks for the transportation routine, particularly with the busses, to reach a level of expected consistency. Thank you, again, as we patiently wait for that time to arrive. Blessings to you and your family and we all look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow on our first full day of the school year.
